Paperless Billing

Paperless billing offers a convenient, clutter-free way to pay your electric bill. When your bill is ready, you’ll receive a notification by text and/or email. Through the SmartHub app, you can not only pay your bill but also review your electric usage and report an outage to Callaway Electric Cooperative.

Going paperless has its advantages, such as reducing costs, waste and paper piling up in the mailbox. You’ll never have to worry about your bill being lost in the mail, and all of your bills will be available electronically on SmartHub for record keeping.

Please sign me up for Paperless Billing. I understand I will need to set up a SmartHub account to receive my bill online.

All bills are due and payable the 1st of the month. Pay by the 15th or the first business day after if the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday and avoid a 5% penalty. Service is subject to disconnection five days after penalty is applied. A $60.00 reconnect fee will be charged for any reconnection during office hours. Reconnections will be made only after the bill, plus the reconnect fee, has been paid in full by cash, credit card, or money order. Failure to receive your bill does not avoid penalty or disconnection.
