 All rebates except for the ground source heat pump are paid by check to the member. Please allow for a couple of weeks or longer for the rebate to be processed. 

The rebate for replacing an electric water heater with another electric water heater will use this form...Water Rebate Form.

The rebate for the $200 & $250 electric water heater program will use this form....Callaway Rebate Form.

The rebate for the dual-fuel heat pump will use this form....Dual-Fuel Rebate Form.

The rebate form for the ground source heat pump will be sent to you along with the heat load calculation report.
