DRIVE THRU Located just north of the main entrance to Callaway Electric Cooperative, you will find our drive thru payment window and night deposit drop. You may pay in person from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday, or drop your payment in the night deposit slot anytime day or night.
ONLINE During the summer of 2012, the Cooperative's online bill presentment and payment website was updated. The new system allows you to check your account balance, view electric usage, send in a question or comment, make a one-time payment or sign up for recurring payments. The first time you visit the site you will be required to register as a new user. If you have questions please call (888-642-4840) or email us.
MOBILE DEVICE For those fans of online billing and for the growing number of smart phone or tablet users out there, a mobile app version of our online billing system is available. It is very similar to the website, allowing easy access to account usage and billing history, with payment features at your fingertips, a quick view of the news feed, and access to a service area map which includes any current outages. POSTAL MAIL For those who sit down and make out bills the traditional way, we continue to accept payments by postal mail. A return envelope is included with your monthly statement. If you choose not to utilize the envelope, just let us know and we can code your account not to receive one.
by PHONE Also new in the summer of 2012, the Cooperative can now accept payment by credit card or check draft over the phone 24-hours a day. Just call our office at 573-642-3326 or toll free 888-642-4840 and select option number '2'. You can also check your balance, store your card or bank information for future payments, and sign up for recurring payment.
WALK IN As always, you can drop by the Cooperative during our regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday to pay your bill, discuss service, inquire about energy efficiency, or ask any other questions about the Cooperative.
Once you have electric service at the same location for at least 12 months, you will be eligible to sign up for level payment. The program helps avoid electric bill fluctuations by taking an average of the previous 12 month’s usage and calculating a level payment.
On January 1st, May 1st, and September 1st of each year the level pay amount is evaluated based on the most recent 12 month’s usage and the current balance. The payment amount is adjusted accordingly. Any change in the level pay amount will be noted on your monthly bill.
