e.Billing is
now available!
Effective May 1,
2008, Callaway Electric is making e.billing and
e.payment available to the membership. This option
allows you to view your bill online, make a one time
payment, or set up a recurring payment via your bank
account or credit card. You can sign up to receive
notification by email each month when your new monthly
bill is ready to view and discontinue your paper
statements, or you have the option to do both.
Enrollment instructions:
The first time you login to the e.bill system you will
be required to enroll. When you click on the link
below, it will take you to the e.bill login page.
At the top of the login section there is a tab to
enroll. Click here to set up your login
information.
On the enroll page you will be asked for your name,
email address and password. The email address you
enter will be the one you use each time you login to the
site. It will also be the address in which you
receive notification that your statement is ready to
view, your payment was made, or whatever notification
options you choose to set up.
There are no specific requirements on your password.
A good rule of thumb is to use a combination of capital
and lower case letters and at least one number.
Whatever you choose as your password will be your
password each time you login, so be sure to record it
somewhere safe as you enter it.
Where
to find your e.bill number:
The next section to enroll asks for your e.bill number.
This is made up of the location number and account found
on your monthly statement. If you are looking at a
copy of your bill, these numbers can be found in the
upper right hand corner. For your ebill number you
will enter the location number and account all run
together. For example, the location number is in
the following format on your bill: XX / XX / XXXX.
Your account number is an additional five digits.
You will put these numbers together for your e.bill
number.
*** If your location number is 01/23/4567
and your account number is 01234, then your e.bill
number will be 0123456701234.
It says on the enrollment page that the e.bill number
can be found on the right side of your paper statement
below the billing message. This will not show up
until the July statements, so you will have to refer to
your location number and account as shown above to get
the number.
After that things are fairly simple. You check if
you want to continue receiving paper statements and
check after you have read and agree with the terms and
conditions of the site. From this point on you
will just use your email address and password on the log
in page to sign in to your account.
Logging
in to the system:
When you login to the site, you will see My Bills, My
Payments, My Profile, Help, Contact Us, and Logout at
the left of the screen. My Bills shows current
bills that are due that you have added to your login, and
has a tab for historic bills. We will eventually
keep 12 months of bills for each location in the system.
The My Payments section is where you can view your
payment history, set up and manage your bank or credit
card information and set up and manage auto payments.
My Profile is where you change your email or password,
add multiple billing locations to your login, and set
your email notifications.

only be available during regular business hours to
assist you.
