Your Electric Bill

You will receive your electric bill about the first day of each month.  The bill is due by the 15th of the month.  If payment has not been received by the 15th, and additional 5% penalty is added to your account.  Also, a past due notice is mailed to you.  If the bill is not paid by the 21st, your account is considered delinquent and the electric service will be subject to disconnection.

As a member of Callaway Electric Cooperative, you have several options concerning the manner in which you pay your electric bill.  They are as follows:

• ACH (automatic check draft)
• Credit Card
• Drive up window
• Walk in
• Regular Mail
