Automatic Payment
using your bank account info
Callaway Electric Cooperative accepts payment via
automatic clearing house (ACH). This option
allows you to set up your electric bill to be
automatically deducted from your bank account on or
about the 10th of each month. To sign up for
this option you will need to fill out an
authorization form that requests the name and
address of your banking institute, along with the
number and routing information of your bank account.
The option will remain in force until you provide
us, or you receive from us, written notification
otherwise.

Automatic Payment
using Visa/MasterCard/Discover
Callaway Electric Cooperative is authorized to
accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
We can set up your bill to be automatically paid by
credit card on or about the 10th of every month. To
do this, we would need you to sign an authorization
form that requests information about your credit
card, including the type, number, cardholder’s name
and expiration date. This form authorizes Callaway
Electric Cooperative to keep your signature on file
and charge your credit card monthly in the amount of
your monthly electric bill. This option remains
effective until you provide us, or you receive from
us, written notification otherwise.
You can also call our office any time during office
hours to pay your electric bill by credit card. When
you call, you will be transferred to the payment
department where they will ask for your credit card
information. The transaction will be processed while
you are on the line and you will know right then
that the payment went through. The same can be done
if you stop by our office in person.
