Annual Meeting

Each February, Callaway Electric Cooperative holds its annual meeting of membership.  During the annual meeting, the Cooperative manager and the President of the Board of Directors give reports on the Cooperative's financial position, its accomplishments and the future outlook.  Elections of the Board of Directors are held at each annual meeting, as well as voting on any policy or bylaw changes that need to be made.  Because the Cooperative must have a quorum of members to conduct business, it is vitally important that you attend.

Each Annual Meeting is publicized in the local papers, on the local radio stations, and on the outside cover of the Rural Missouri.
